About The Position

Kirk NationaLease is hiring a Fabricator/Welder to join their growing team at their sister company, Truck and Trailer Parts Solutions (TTPS), in Sidney, OH. This role is for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants to build a future with a company that values hard work and craftsmanship in the truck and trailer industry. As a Fabricator/Welder, you will play a vital role in assembling and outfitting equipment according to customer specifications while helping keep the shop clean, safe, and productive. Occasional travel for special projects may be required (up to 25% of working hours).

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly
• Minor Electrical knowledge
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to complete tasks independently
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Nice To Haves

• CNC or CAD experience
• MIG welding (aluminum/steel) experience
