About The Position

Midwest Finishing Systems is hiring a Shop Fabricator/Welder to work on customized fabrication and welding jobs rather than repetitive production welding. The company designs, fabricates, and installs turnkey systems for industrial finishing and powder coating applications. The role requires prior MIG experience, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to lift at least 50 pounds. Blueprint-reading experience is preferred but not required. Excellent attendance and a team-player mentality are necessary. The company offers competitive wages and the ability to work overtime.
