About The Position

As a Repair Specialist, you will review products to determine the repairs needed and use appropriate tools and materials to restore them to an insurance quality standard. Repairs may involve cutting, trimming, filing, bending, or smoothing parts. You will ensure quality and assembly safety standards are met, collaborate with team members to improve repair methods, and follow safety requirements to maintain a safe, hazard-free warehouse environment focused on injury prevention.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
• Professional credibility, including responsiveness, team focus, and the ability and interest to work safely.
• Ability to stand or walk for up to 8–10 hours.
• Ability to lift and move totes weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, lift, stretch, and reach regularly, both below the waist and above the head.
• Ability to work in environments with variable noise levels, lighting conditions, and temperatures, and access all areas of the building without limitations.

Nice To Haves

• Hands-on repair experience.
• Hands-on experience in construction, drywall, painting, landscaping, or a role requiring close attention to quality and detail.
