Fabrication Technician - Manufacturing - Milling Team
About The Position
Cranial Technologies is hiring a Fabrication Technician for its Milling/Trim-Lines team in the Manufacturing department. The role contributes to manufacturing DOC Band® cranial orthoses, which are custom-made for each baby. The company provides training, typically lasting 4–6 weeks, to help new hires perform the work successfully. Experience operating CNC or HAAS mills is a plus but is not required. The position is based in the company's indoor, air-conditioned fabrication area in Chandler, Arizona. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, either 5:00 a.m.–1:30 p.m. or 5:30 a.m.–2:00 p.m. There is no shift work or night work, and weekend work is rare. Starting pay is $17 per hour, with the opportunity to increase based on performance.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent ability to work with your hands.
- Visual skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Authorization to work for any employer in the United States; the company cannot sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa.
Nice To Haves
- Experience operating CNC mills, HAAS Mini-Mills, or VF2 mills.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in machine shops, plumbing, carpentry, construction, or other craftsman trades.
