Fabrication Technician - Manufacturing - Milling Team
About The Position
Cranial Technologies is seeking a Fabrication Technician to join the Milling/Trim-Lines team in its Manufacturing department. The role supports production of the DOC Band®, a custom-made cranial orthotic for babies. The company provides training, typically lasting 4–6 weeks, and welcomes candidates without prior milling or manufacturing experience. The position is based in the indoor, air-conditioned fabrication area in Chandler, Arizona. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, either 5:00 a.m.–1:30 p.m. or 5:30 a.m.–2:00 p.m. The position starts at $17 per hour, with potential increases based on performance. Applicants must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer; visa sponsorship is not available.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent ability to work with your hands.
- Visual skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
Nice To Haves
- Experience operating CNC mills, HAAS Mini-Mills, or VF2 mills.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience from machine shops, plumbing, carpentry, construction, or other craftsman trades.
Responsibilities
