Requirements
- Stand on concrete and/or elevated platforms.
- Work in a cold and damp fabrication environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform a combination of tasks in the initial step of the meat processing facility.
- Process and break down pieces for packing.
- Cut, trim, skin and debone meat products.
- Use tools and/or machinery such as knives, hooks, saws, skinner machines, etc.
- Must wear protective safety equipment.
