Requirements

Experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, or production environment preferred.
Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and air tools.
Forklift operating experience preferred.
Knowledge of metal materials, including stainless steel, steel, and aluminum.
Ability to read and understand blueprints and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods.
Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
Must pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

Operate hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic (air) tools safely and effectively.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
Label parts from laser-cut pallets according to production requirements.
Sort and group parts by work order for downstream fabrication processes.
Deburr laser-cut parts to meet quality standards and specifications.
Handle, move, and organize raw materials and finished components.
Identify and work with different metal materials, including stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum.
Operate forklifts to transport materials and products throughout the facility.
Follow work instructions, production schedules, and supervisor directions.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications before moving to the next operation.
