Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Requires computer proficiency, including internet, email, ERP, MS Word and Excel, and other various software as needed
  • Strong organizational skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be detail-oriented
  • Thrive in fast-paced environment
  • Possess a positive attitude
  • Exhibit professional written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Serves as the primary point of contact for all parts orders from the fab team to materials planner
  • Defines the best practices for assuring receiving of parts and management of how parts are stored and in what order they will be used.
  • Ensures parts are received and matched up vs what was ordered on that purchase order
  • Collaborate with the Fleet and Applications Director to develop continuous improvement in Fab shop, rental designs, and vendor management
  • Verifies that all components ordered are proper and credibly billed to Resolute Industrial
  • Develop common BOM for MAPR rental chiller builds, and maintain changes, ensuring fleet is up to date on spec sheet working with engineering team
  • Serves as primary contact for safety, Drives safety compliance with fab team and fab facility. Works closely with the safety director off site to adhere to policy
  • Reports KPI on what stages builds are in by updating shop schedule on a weekly basis
  • Works closely with Depot Manager on moving and scheduling equipment through the shop
  • Performs inventory vs BOM for specific build jobs. Identifies gaps and corrects before production is stopped
  • Performs other duties or prjects that may be assigned or needed in this role
