About The Position

Organize and prioritize fabrication jobs to align with production schedules and deadlines. Confirm that all required materials for each job have been received, documented, and staged for use. Verify that completed operations meet specifications before moving to the next stage. Pair up fabricated components for inspection, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Coordinate with the inspection team to address any quality concerns before welding. Maintain clear communication with welders, machinists, and supervisors to keep workflow smooth. Update job operation completion in system and maintain accurate records of progress and materials.

Requirements

Experience in a fabrication, manufacturing, or production coordination role.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously.
Familiarity with fabrication processes, materials, and quality control standards.
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Excellent communication skills for working across teams and departments.
Comfort with job tracking software or ERP systems.
