Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in automotive F&I, sales management, or high-performance automotive sales.
  • Strong closer with the ability to build rapport quickly and earn customer trust.
  • Competitive drive and a passion for achieving goals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • High level of integrity and commitment to compliance.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

  • Present and sell finance, protection, and insurance products to customers.
  • Secure financing through a network of lenders while maximizing approval opportunities.
  • Build value and confidence in vehicle protection products, service contracts, GAP, maintenance plans, and other offerings.
  • Ensure all deals are compliant with federal, state, and lender regulations.
  • Work closely with sales managers and sales consultants to maximize deal structure and customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver a transparent, professional, and customer-focused experience.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed performance objectives for product penetration and profitability.
