The F&I Manager will greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, help customers choose protection packages for their vehicle by presenting all products and their benefits, and ensure financing for customers by building professional relationships with lenders and working with them to get the best financing available. This role involves submitting deals to banks electronically, accurately entering transactions into ADP and bank approval systems, processing all transaction paperwork to ensure accuracy and compliance with office, state DMV, and lender requirements. The F&I Manager will also track deal receivables, follow up on outstanding items for collection, participate in store meetings, and interact with the sales team to ensure accurate and satisfactory transactions. Additionally, this role may involve following up with customers regarding purchased products and assisting the sales team during peak traffic times. Obtaining all appropriate licensing within 90 days of hire is required.
