About The Position

BMW of Minnetonka is seeking an experienced, forward-thinking F&I Manager to join their leadership team. Requirements

3–5 years of F&I management experience, preferably in a luxury/high-line automotive environment (BMW, Audi, Lexus, Mercedes-Benz, etc.).
A proven track record of building, developing, and inspiring top-performing teams.
Excellent soft skills, with a collaborative mindset and the ability to build trust across departments.
A big-picture thinker who contributes to store culture, operations, and customer satisfaction—beyond just penciling deals.
Deep knowledge of compliance standards, lender processes, and deal structure in the automotive finance space.

Responsibilities

Partner with the sales and management teams to ensure a smooth, transparent, and customer-focused purchase process.
Present financing options, extended warranties, and protection products with clarity and integrity.
Maintain and grow lender relationships to offer fast, flexible financing solutions.
Lead and coach a high-performing F&I team, emphasizing development, compliance, and results.
Contribute to the dealership’s long-term growth by being a team-oriented leader who supports overall store performance.
