About The Position

The F&I Manager is responsible for arranging vehicle financing, presenting aftermarket products, and ensuring all transactions comply with legal and regulatory requirements. This role plays a critical part in both customer satisfaction and dealership revenue.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an Automotive F&I Manager (required)
  • Strong knowledge of automotive financing, leasing, and compliance regulations
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience

Responsibilities

  • Present and sell financing, leasing, and insurance options to customers
  • Offer and explain aftermarket products (extended warranties, GAP, service contracts, etc.)
  • Work closely with lenders to secure competitive financing approvals
  • Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and in compliance with federal, state, and lender regulations
  • Maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and product providers
  • Achieve monthly F&I performance goals (penetration, PVR, product sales)
  • Ensure a smooth and transparent delivery process for customers
  • Stay current on industry regulations, compliance standards, and product knowledge
