Requirements

Leadership experience in collections, finance, banking, automotive, or consumer lending
Experience managing or coaching employees toward measurable performance goals
Strong analytical and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities
Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Confidence making data-driven decisions
CDK experience required

Nice To Haves

Automotive finance or subprime lending experience is a plus
Darwin and Route One experience preferred

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing finance team
Drive portfolio performance
Review customer applications and make accurate lending recommendations based on company guidelines
Monitor key performance metrics and use data to improve results
Coach employees through customer negotiations and difficult conversations
Ensure every customer receives exceptional service throughout the lending process
Maintain compliance with company lending policies
Partner with Sales and Service leadership to create an outstanding customer experience
Assist the General Manager in leading daily operations and achieving location goals
Create a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
