Requirements

2+ years of automotive Finance Manager experience required.
Proven ability to achieve strong PVR and product penetration results.
In-depth knowledge of lender guidelines, deal structuring, and compliance.
A confident closer who can handle objections and maximize every opportunity.
A competitive, accountable, and results-driven mindset.
AFIP certification or willingness to obtain it.

Responsibilities

Maximize backend gross through effective product presentation and deal structuring.
Present and sell service contracts, GAP, and protection products at or above performance benchmarks.
Submit deals within 24 hours and ensure funding within 3 days.
Partner with Sales Managers to structure deals and drive profitability on every transaction.
Maintain strong relationships with lenders and finance sources.
Ensure accurate, compliant, and complete deal paperwork.
Train and support the sales team on finance opportunities and leasing.
Track and improve key performance metrics, including PVR, product penetration, and finance income.
