F&I Manager
About The Position
The F&I Manager will work at Anaheim Hyundai, a dealership within the Lithia & Driveway company. This role is for an experienced Automotive Finance & Insurance professional looking for an opportunity in a Fortune 150 company. The company is committed to growing its business and its employees. This is a performance-driven position with potential for incentives based on individual product and reserve income, product penetration, and manufacturer approvability. The company aims to improve the customer experience through in-person, online, or combined interactions. Requirements
- 2+ years of dealership finance experience required.
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

- CDK experience a plus.
- Team player focused on providing exemplary customer service.
- Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
- Excellent interpersonal communication with working knowledge of computers.
