The F&I Manager is responsible for greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner, presenting and explaining vehicle protection packages, and ensuring financing for customers by building relationships with lenders. This role involves submitting deals electronically, accurately entering transactions into dealer systems, processing all transaction paperwork, and tracking deal receivables. The F&I Manager will also participate in store meetings, interact with the sales team, follow up with customers regarding purchased products, and assist the sales team during peak traffic times. Obtaining appropriate licensing within 90 days of hire is required.
