About The Position

Requirements

Three (3) months of experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club required.
Applicant must complete pre-employment background check and drug screening at employer’s expense.
Daily transportation to and from worksite is provided.
On-the-job training is provided.
Uniforms provided and dry-cleaned.

Responsibilities

Setting tables
Clearing tableware
Delivering food orders to tables and bar areas
Assisting with filling orders in café such as bagging up to-go orders and making coffee/espresso/smoothie drinks
Assisting with seating guests
Expediting food delivery from line
Restocking and refilling condiments
Delivering and retrieving in-room dining trays
Rolling silverware
Moving tables and chairs in accordance with restaurant/event set-up
Delivering, maintaining and restocking pool amenities and supplies including stocking water stations
Picking up dishes, trash, and towels around the pool
Replacing and restocking towels
Providing beverages and snacks to guests
Maintaining safe and clean environments at all times including cleaning random spills, puddles, and ice around the pool and in restaurant area.
