About The Position

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Food and Beverage Supervisor for the DoubleTree Hotel by Hilton Denver. This role involves assisting in the leadership of the Food and Beverage operation to achieve financial and quality goals, ensuring efficient operations, and improving current models. The supervisor will manage in a manner consistent with the mission, operating philosophy, standards, and values of Benchmark. The ideal candidate is a proactive solution seeker who leads by example, encourages their team, and is committed to delivering outstanding service and memorable guest experiences.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working at a Restaurant in a luxury hotel and/or full-service resort.
  • Knowledge of Micros.
  • Ability to make quick decisions in high-stress situations.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Pleasant and positive personality.
  • Well organized.

Responsibilities

  • Attend weekly meetings and relay information about upcoming events to supervised staff.
  • Supply information about capabilities and programs to other departments and clients.
  • Respond to the needs and requests of guests and potential guests.
  • Ensure the implementation and maintenance of standards for food, beverage, and service quality.
  • Implement effective cost controls for food, beverage, and labor.
  • Utilize systems for inventory, receiving, and product utilization.
  • Lead by following the standards of productivity for food & beverage personnel.
  • Create a comfortable atmosphere to encourage committed and loyal employees.
  • Assist with hiring and training programs for food and beverage personnel.
  • Assist in other Food and Beverage outlets as needed.
