The F&B Supervisor will oversee daily concessions and retail operations for both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) activities during event and non-event days. This role includes managing opening and closing procedures for concessions, retail, and beverage operations, assisting with inventory control, product management, and equipment maintenance. The supervisor will coordinate operational functions with service staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences, maintain service standards, and ensure cleanliness and organization across all areas. They will also supervise staff, manage event setups and breakdowns, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
