About The Position

The F&B Server provides hospitality service at the Sacramento Holiday Inn. The role involves welcoming guests, managing dining reservations, providing table service, taking and delivering food and beverage orders, processing payments, and maintaining clean and organized service areas. The server also supports the team with phone orders, amenities, and guest inquiries. The position requires flexible availability, including days, early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.

Requirements

Friendly, professional demeanor with a genuine passion for hospitality.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, squat, and stand for long periods.
Flexible availability, including days, early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications, or ability to obtain them within 60 days.

Six months of customer service, restaurant, or cashier experience.

Responsibilities
