About The Position
Lead a Fast-Paced, Guest-Focused Operation We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee concessions, bars, special events, and third-party food vendors throughout the flea market. This full-time leadership role is ideal for someone who enjoys developing teams, improving operations, managing costs, and creating a positive guest experience. The Food & Beverage Manager will work closely with the General Manager and Operations Manager to ensure all locations operate safely, efficiently, and profitably. Full weekend availability is required.
Requirements
- Previous Food and Beverage management experience.
- Current Pima County Food Manager Certification.
- Experience managing employees, schedules, inventory, labor, and daily operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to make decisions and manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and special events as needed.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual English and Spanish skills are preferred.
- Experience in concessions, bars, festivals, entertainment venues, or other high-volume operations is a plus.
- Alcohol-service certification or equivalent training is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily food and beverage operations.
- Ensure locations are properly staffed, stocked, clean, and ready for service.
- Lead pre-shift meetings and communicate daily priorities.
- Train, coach, schedule, and support team members.
- Monitor food quality, service, cleanliness, labor, sales, and inventory.
- Manage ordering and inventory for food, beverages, alcohol, and supplies.
- Review sales, resolve discrepancies, and control labor and operating costs.
- Build strong relationships with third-party food vendors and business partners.
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, alcohol-service, and company standards.
- Support special events and coordinate equipment or maintenance needs.
