About The Position

You will be the F-35 Sustainment Integration Office – Project Lead and Action Officer. As the F-35 Sustainment Integration Office – Project Lead and Action Officer you will coordinate and integrate actions and projects that support F-35 sustainment. You will work closely with the Program Office, Sustainment Operations, and other functional teams. As the lead you will ensure the assigned activity meets the required performance standards. By delivering affordable, mission critical outcomes, this role directly supports the F-35 product and service life cycle—from initial fielding through long term sustainment.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience with multiple Sustainment disciplines or Sustainment Project and/or Program Management.
Demonstrated experience with executive-level communications, presentation, and writing
Demonstrated project management experience (i.e. demonstrated organizational and task management)
Previous experience in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Word, Power Point, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)

Nice To Haves

Demonstrated understanding of all Sustainment Integrated Logistics Support Elements
Experience setting, measuring and tracking performance metrics
Experience as a project manager/lead
Experience compiling, drafting and editing executive level presentations and whitepapers

Responsibilities

Project Oversight: Manage the day to day operations of ongoing sustainment projects and act as the primary liaison between team members and senior leadership.
Planning & Execution: Structure project activities, track progress, and drive tasks to completion.
Issue Resolution: Identify project challenges, devise corrective actions, and ensure solutions align with program goals.
Monitoring & Intervention: Develop and maintain mechanisms for real time progress monitoring, early warning alerts, and timely problem solving.
