You’ll support our client in addressing operational changes that impact the technical environment. In this role, you’ll manage the delivery of the most advanced digital solutions. You’ll work closely with clients to facilitate connectivity throughout the F-35 program. You’ll move quickly in an exciting and fluid environment to guide the Agile development of a project roadmap, establish project milestones, and implement metrics to track progress while bringing people together to make a tangible difference. You’ll utilize your technical knowledge of the systems development lifecycle to identify and assess the impact of recommendations in the areas of technology, people, and processes. You will apply technical leadership, conflict resolution, and risk mitigation techniques to resolve implementation, deployment, and operational transition issues for stakeholders and assist the client in developing innovative solutions to complex problems, for projects from kickoff through completion. Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience supporting complex IT projects as a project or program manager in a large-scale implementation
  • Experience with DoD SAP IT and information security programs in federal and private sectors
  • Experience developing and managing project schedules, resources, risk, deliverables, and day-to-day tasks of the team
  • Experience managing data migrations and validation efforts as part of a system transition
  • Experience leading and managing OCONUS and CONUS detachments of security and information security systems
  • Experience managing and working on multiple concurrent tasks, projects, and priorities in a fast-paced matrix-managed environment to meet aggressive deadlines
  • Ability to guide the collection of requirements and data points from multiple stakeholders and develop process maps to document process flows
  • Ability to communicate to work across multiple teams
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in a DoD Special Access Program Facility (SAPF) or SCIF
  • Experience as a subject matter expert in SAP access, adjudication, and information security
  • Security+ Certification
  • COMSEC Manager Certification
