About The Position

The Extrusion Winder Operator packages finished goods to shipping specifications while maintaining a clean working environment. The operator also supports other team members to help ensure efficient operations. The role works under the supervision of the Plant Manager, with day-to-day activity flow managed by the Shift Supervisor. The position follows rotating 12-hour shift schedules.

Responsibilities

• Doff and strap coils.
• Palletize strapping coils according to packaging specifications.
• Perform quality checks and weigh coils.
• Monitor winder arms and settings to ensure finished-goods quality.
• Dispose of low-quality strap or coils using a grinder.
• Support teammates to promote maximum production efficiency.
• Notify the Technician about out-of-specification product.
• Support a positive work environment through cleanliness and a positive attitude.
