About The Position

Under the supervision of the Plant Manager and with day-to-day activity flow management from the Shift Supervisor, the Extrusion Winder Operator packages finished goods to shipping specifications while maintaining a clean working environment. The operator also supports team members to help ensure maximum operational efficiency.

The role follows rotating 12-hour shift schedules.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Doff strapping coils.
• Palletize strapping coils according to packaging specifications.
• Perform quality checks and weigh coils.
• Monitor winder arms and settings to ensure finished-goods quality.
• Dispose of low-quality strap or coils using the grinder.
• Support teammates to help ensure maximum production efficiency.
• Notify the Technician of out-of-specification product.
• Support a positive work environment through cleanliness and a positive attitude.
