About The Position
The Thermoforming/Extrusion Operator works under the direction of the Production Senior Lead and Production Supervisor to help ensure the safe, efficient production of high-quality products. The role operates thermoforming and/or extrusion production equipment, performs minor repairs as directed or trained, and professionally trains less experienced full-time and temporary associates to support production needs. Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or high school equivalence certificate; equivalent experience may substitute when the associate demonstrates the necessary skills and capability.
- Experience in plastics thermoforming is required.
Responsibilities

- Perform minor repairs as directed or trained.
- Professionally train less experienced full-time and temporary associates.
