About The Position

Continental Cup Company is seeking a motivated and dependable Extrusion Operator to join its manufacturing team in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. This role is suited to people with extrusion experience or graduates of a technical manufacturing program who want to build a long-term career with the company. The operator sets up, runs, and monitors extrusion equipment, performs quality checks, addresses equipment and process issues, completes production records, and follows safety, quality, and GMP procedures. The position is full-time, with various shifts available and overtime as needed.

Requirements

Experience operating extrusion equipment in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to follow written instructions and standard operating procedures.
Comfort working in a fast-paced production environment.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

Technical or trade school education.

Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and monitor extrusion equipment for safe and efficient production.
