This is a 3rd Shift position, Monday - Friday, from 11:00 P.M. - 7:30 A.M. The pay rate is $20.00 - $23.00 Per Hour, plus a $1 per hour shift differential.

Requirements

Mechanical Aptitude: A strong understanding of machinery and its components.

Problem-Solving: The ability to identify and address issues promptly.
Communication: Clear communication is necessary to ensure that production runs smoothly and issues are addressed collectively.
Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.

Nice To Haves

Technical diploma in industrial technology or mechanical engineering.

Responsibilities

Configure extrusion machines according to production requirements, including calibrating settings and loading raw materials.
Monitor the extrusion process to ensure smooth operation.
Perform routine maintenance, clean equipment, and carry out minor repairs to prevent machine downtime.
Work alongside maintenance teams to resolve more complex machine issues.
Inspect products to verify they meet specified standards and make necessary adjustments.
Follow all safety guidelines to protect themselves and colleagues from accidents.
