About The Position
The Extrusion Operator at Cook Polymer Technology - Canton is responsible for the safe operation and basic troubleshooting of PTFE extrusion lines and downstream equipment. The role also involves completing and documenting in-process product inspections to ensure product quality.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Basic experience using Microsoft Office.
Nice To Haves
- Technical school certifications and/or a college-level technical degree.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and document key process conditions and product dimensional and physical characteristics.
- Maintain a clean work environment and clean as you work.
- Reload and start the machine.
- Tear down and clean tooling and the machine.
