Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Be organized, rigorous and meticulous
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Have a positive and professional attitude towards your team
Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as required during peak production

Nice To Haves

Experience with plastic extrusion or manufacturing equipment is a plus

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor tubing extrusion lines to ensure consistent product quality
Set up, calibrate, and adjust extrusion equipment for different tubing specifications
Run and oversee automated spout manufacturing machines
Inspect finished tubing and spouts for defects and quality standards
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Assist with packaging and inventory as needed
