Extension Educators Coordinator 1 - Ashtabula County
About The Position
Ohio State University Extension seeks an intermittent Extension Educators Coordinator 1 to work programmatically with county staff and volunteers to support educational programming and community engagement in Ashtabula County, Ohio. The coordinator will work directly with Extension professionals and staff who lead efforts to address community-based issues. The position supports 4-H Youth Development, Agriculture & Natural Resources, and Community Development programs for youth and adult audiences. Duties include assisting with Extension programming such as camp counseling, camp planning, Cloverbud Day Camp, and developing camp programming. The coordinator will also assist with creating educational materials, conducting community-based programs, and participating in professional and public meetings. The position is located in Ashtabula County, Jefferson, Ohio. The employee must have their own transportation.
