About The Position
Ohio State University Extension seeks an intermittent Extension Educators Coordinator 1 to work programmatically with county staff and volunteers to support educational programming and community engagement in Ashtabula County, Ohio. The position works directly with Extension professionals and staff who lead efforts to address community-based issues and supports 4-H Youth Development, Agriculture & Natural Resources, and Community Development programs for youth and adult audiences. The coordinator assists with Extension programming, including camp counselors, camp planning, cloverbud day camp, and building camp programming. The role also assists with creating educational materials, conducting community-based programs, and participating in professional and public meetings. The position is located in Jefferson, Ohio, and requires the employee to have their own transportation.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must have own transportation.
