About The Position

The Express Service Technician performs vehicle maintenance assigned on repair orders in accordance with dealership and factory standards. The role supports customer loyalty by building trust and confidence in AutoNation’s care for vehicle safety and reliability. The position pays $17.00 per hour and offers advancement potential. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record that can be maintained.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to follow processes to ensure quality and safety.
• Passion for cars and customer service.

Nice To Haves

• Experience as an express or quick-lube technician is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance work listed on repair orders efficiently and accurately, following dealership and factory standards.
• Communicate regularly with the Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Document work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
• Keep up to date with factory technical bulletins and participate in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to encourage loyalty.
• Meet targeted production and Customer Satisfaction Index goals.
