About The Position
Ford of Clermont, part of Morgan Auto Group, is hiring an entry-level Express Technician. The company offers in-house technician training, an Express Tech tool set, and career paths with progressive pay. Morgan Auto Group emphasizes promotion from within and provides an apprenticeship program and support for technicians pursuing ASE certifications. Pay is based on experience and certifications. The technician performs express vehicle services, inspections, and related maintenance within assigned time limits; documents inspection findings for the Service Advisor; reports safety concerns; and keeps the work area clean. Experience is beneficial but not required. The ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, responsible, and a team player.

Responsibilities
- Perform express services in a timely manner.
- Check and top off fluid levels and tire pressures on every vehicle serviced.
- Reset oil reminder lights and replace oil change reminder stickers.
- Lubricate suspension fittings and door hinges.
- Perform general visual inspections and document findings using the provided digital inspection report format.
- Complete required service within the time allotted by management.
- Provide the Service Advisor with the inspection report in a timely manner for review with the customer.
- Report safety concerns to the Service Manager or Shop Foreman in the event of equipment failure.
- Keep the work area clean at all times.
