Requirements
- Professional attitude and strong communication, listening, and phone skills
- Ability to prioritize assignments, multi-task, be detail-oriented, adapt to changes in daily tasks when necessary and be able to work under pressure

- Intermediate Word, EXCEL, and data entry

Responsibilities
- Receiving customer’s and their automobiles in the most effective and timely manner.
- Constant communication with your service technicians.
- Calling customers with diagnostic results and recommendations from your technicians.
- Selling the recommendations from your technicians.
- Assisting our service customers at checkout
- Prompt call to customers when vehicle is washed and ready.
- Close all repair orders and review with customers as they pick up their automobiles .
- Managing loaner and rental schedule
