About The Position

The Express Service Technician performs assigned vehicle maintenance in accordance with dealership and factory standards. The role builds customer loyalty by developing trust and ensuring confidence in AutoNation as a caregiver for vehicle safety and reliability. AutoNation offers factory training, cutting-edge tools, and opportunities for advancement across its nationwide network. Compensation is $20.00 per hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to follow processes to ensure quality and safety.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record that is maintained.
• Passion for cars and customer service.

Nice To Haves

• Experience as an express or quick-lube technician is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance work listed on repair orders efficiently and accurately, following dealership and factory standards.
• Communicate regularly with the Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Document work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
• Keep abreast of factory technical bulletins and participate in factory-sponsored training as appropriate.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
• Meet targeted production and Customer Satisfaction Index goals.
