About The Position

Casey Auto Group is seeking an Express Service Technician to perform oil changes, tire rotations, and other routine vehicle maintenance. The technician completes repair-order work efficiently and accurately in accordance with dealership and factory standards, inspects vehicles and recommends needed repairs or replacements, and communicates with service advisors and customers about repairs. The role also involves maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Mechanical aptitude; training will be provided.
• Ambitious and hardworking presence in a team environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Positive, friendly attitude and a customer service mentality.
• Ability to collaborate effectively.
• Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures, and specifications.

Nice To Haves

• Certification from an automotive school is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete work outlined on repair orders efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
• Conduct inspections and recommend necessary repairs or replacements.
• Inspect vehicle fluid levels and replace or replenish fluids as necessary.
• Lubricate moving vehicle parts.
• Check tire pressure and add air when needed.
• Communicate with service advisors and customers to explain and advise on repairs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to company safety guidelines and procedures.
