About The Position
Gwinnett Place Nissan is seeking a dedicated Express Service Technician to work in Duluth, Georgia. The role focuses on performing quick, efficient, high-quality vehicle servicing and supporting customer satisfaction in a fast-paced service environment. The technician will perform routine maintenance, diagnose and repair minor vehicle issues, communicate with service advisors and customers, and maintain accurate work records while following dealership, manufacturer, safety, and environmental guidelines.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience as an automotive technician, preferably in a dealership environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced service department.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections in a timely and efficient manner.
- Diagnose and repair minor vehicle issues following dealership and manufacturer guidelines.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas and service bays.
- Communicate with service advisors and customers regarding work completed and recommended repairs.
- Adhere to safety and environmental regulations.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used.
