Our Phoenix location is hiring an Express Service Advisor to serve as the primary point of contact between customers and our Service Department. This role is responsible for delivering a positive service experience, educating customers on recommended maintenance, and ensuring timely communication throughout the service process.

Requirements

Previous customer service or automotive service experience preferred
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting
Proficient computer and phone skills
Must be at least 18 years of age or older
Valid Arizona driver’s license with a clean driving record
Must pass a background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

Schedule, confirm, and prepare for customer service appointments
Greet customers and assess vehicle maintenance needs based on customer concerns, vehicle inspections, and mileage
Create repair orders, provide cost and time estimates, and obtain customer authorization for services
Educate customers on vehicle condition, maintenance recommendations, and available services
Coordinate with technicians and parts associates to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance
Provide regular updates to customers regarding vehicle status and service progress
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their service experience
