About The Position

Requirements
- An organized, friendly personality with fantastic communication skills.
- A well-groomed personal appearance and strong time management habits.
- A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Willingness to submit to a routine pre-employment background check.
Responsibilities
- Greet owners on the drive line, oversee lane flow, and provide concierge-level support in person and over the phone.
- Clearly explain the repair process to vehicle owners and ensure a positive, transparent experience.
- Manage technician schedules to efficiently distribute work and maximize daily shop capacity.
