Requirements

  • Previous automotive service advisor experience required.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable using dealership software and technology.
  • Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to assist where needed.
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.

  • Express service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in the Express Service lane.
  • Write repair orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Communicate recommended maintenance and service needs to customers.
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely vehicle completion.
  • Provide updates and follow up throughout the service visit.
  • Deliver a professional, positive customer experience from check-in to checkout.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and service documentation.
  • Help drive customer retention through exceptional service and communication.
