About The Position

Requirements

• 2–5 years of Express or Service Advisor experience.
• Ability to use and learn computer systems and iPad.
• Excellent communication and sales skills in person and over the phone.
• Ability to work in a high-volume environment and prioritize tasks.

• CDJR experience is strongly preferred.
• Reynolds & Reynolds experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with customers immediately upon arrival.
• Consult with customers and interpret their needs for technicians.
• Use customer-service and sales skills to drive sales.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for express-lane repairs and service matters.
• Understand customers’ problems and arrange appropriate service.
• Prioritize required services and offer customers options.
• Set and manage customer expectations for service delivery.
• Keep customers updated on repair needs and completion times.
• Advise customers about factory and dealer recommendations and help prioritize them.
• Verify that multipoint inspections are completed and reviewed with each customer.
• Follow company policy, guidelines, and the Code of Business Conduct & Ethics.
• Complete required quarterly training and yearly OSHA training.
