About The Position
An immediate opening is available for an outgoing, motivated Express Lane Service Advisor who enjoys helping people and wants to advance their career and income. The role is with a busy shop that has plenty of work. The advisor greets service customers, opens repair orders based on their concerns, promotes needed repair and maintenance services, and communicates customer needs to technicians while delivering first-class customer service.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Florida driver’s license.
- At least one year of retail automotive service experience.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, including the ability to explain and sell needed services honestly and with integrity.
- Good computer skills.
- Professional personal appearance.
Responsibilities
- Professionally greet service customers.
- Initiate repair orders that address customers’ concerns.
- Promote the sale of service items needed for repairs or maintenance.
- Communicate customers’ needs to technicians.
- Ensure customers receive first-class customer service.
