About The Position
An immediate opening is available for an Express Lane Service Advisor to join a team of professionals at a company that supports employee success. The position is in a busy shop with plenty of work. The listed annual pay range is $40,000–$55,000.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Florida driver’s license.
- At least one year of retail automotive service experience.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to explain and sell needed services with honesty and integrity.
- Good computer skills.
- Professional personal appearance.
Responsibilities
- Professionally greet service customers.
- Initiate repair orders that address customers’ concerns.
- Promote the sale of service items needed for repairs or maintenance.
- Communicate customers’ needs to technicians.
- Ensure customers receive first-class customer service.
