About The Position

Kendall Auto Group is seeking a motivated Lube Technician to join their Subaru Express Service team. This is an entry-level position focused on customer satisfaction and quality workmanship in a fast-paced service department. The role involves performing basic maintenance on vehicles, including fluid checks, tire rotations, inspections, and basic brake repairs, all while adhering to manufacturer and Kendall standards. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and an aptitude for mechanics.

Requirements

A valid driver license and good driving record are required.
Basic vehicle knowledge of maintenance is a plus.
Ability to operate a wide variety of vehicles both automatic and manual transmissions.
Strong attention to detail.
Must be able to stand and walk for the entire work shift.
Must be able to push, pull, crouch, squat, reach, and kneel frequently.
Must be able to lift, push, and pull weights and forces from 20 to 100 pounds occasionally.

Nice To Haves

No experience is required.
Basic vehicle knowledge of maintenance a plus.

Responsibilities

Performing basic maintenance on service vehicles.
Inspecting, replenishing, draining, and filling fluids and lubricants.
Balancing and rotating tires.
Performing vehicle inspections.
Completing basic brake repairs.
Documenting all work per manufacturer and Kendall standards.
Operating a wide variety of vehicles with both automatic and manual transmissions.
