About The Position

Kendall Auto Group is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Lube Technician to join their Subaru Express Service team in Eugene. Technicians are expected to be detail-oriented professionals who prioritize fixing vehicles correctly the first time, contributing to outstanding customer service ratings.

Requirements

• Basic vehicle knowledge of maintenance is a plus.
• Ability to operate a wide variety of vehicles both automatic and manual transmissions.
• A valid driver license and good driving record are required.
• No experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Performing basic maintenance on service vehicles.
• Inspecting, replenishing, draining, and filling fluids and lubricants.
• Balancing and rotating tires.
• Performing vehicle inspections.
• Completing basic brake repairs.
• Documenting all work per manufacturer and Kendall standards.
• Operating a wide variety of vehicles with both automatic and manual transmissions.
