Subaru Express Lube Service Advisor
About The Position
Kendall Auto Group is seeking an Express Lube Service Advisor to join their Subaru Service Team. This role is crucial in serving clients and building lifelong service customers. The Service Advisor acts as the first point of contact in the service department, identifying and selling vehicle repairs and maintenance, ensuring work is performed correctly, researching vehicle history for recommendations, managing customer information, and communicating with customers via phone, email, and chat. The position involves scheduling appointments and completing tasks efficiently and in an organized manner. Requirements
- High level customer service experience
- Ability to demonstrate time management
- Strong work ethics
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to make recommendations and prioritize items in order of importance for customers
- Proven strong customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task
- General knowledge of automobiles and their maintenance
- A valid driver’s license
- A good driving record
Nice To Haves
- Dealership experience is preferred
- Experience in service writing is not required
Responsibilities
- Interfacing with customers, technicians, and salespersons to identify and sell vehicle repairs and maintenance
- Verifying work was properly performed and diagnosed
- Researching vehicle history to make educated recommendations
- Inputting and maintaining customer information
- Completing work tasks in an efficient and organized manner
- Using telephone, email, and chat systems to communicate with customers throughout the day
