About The Position

Gossett VW of Germantown is currently seeking an Express Lane Service Advisor to work with our Express Lane team! One of the largest privately owned Automotive Dealer Groups in West Tennessee is expanding its line of franchises and is seeking talented professional individuals with the ambition and aptitude to become part of the retail automotive industry. We are searching for aggressive, energetic individuals with positive attitudes. We will provide the tools to succeed in a fast-paced work force, with incentives and further job opportunities. You must have a Can-Do attitude to achieve targeted goals.

Requirements

Minimum 1+ years’ experience required
Must maintain high level of guest satisfaction
General knowledge about the automotive industry
Must have computer proficiency
Valid driver’s license
High volume mentality
Team player
CSI focused

Nice To Haves

ADP experience is preferred but not required
Positive attitude
Sales experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Greeting customers promptly who arrive at the Express Lane
Obtaining customer and vehicle information
Clearly reporting all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
Determining and recommending needed maintenance base on age, mileage and history of vehicle
Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
Establish follow up time
Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequently
Explaining all completed work and charges to customers
Provide concierge support for all guest inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the guest does not get mishandled
