About The Position

Provide logistics support for our export customers and all EIS locations. Prepare essential commercial documentation, shipping labels, BOLs, etc. required for export shipment. Prepare DHL shipping labels for all EIS locations through DHL’s website with our account. Create commercial invoices through the Export software: Shipping Solution. Coordinate pick up and freight arrangements with various warehouses, carriers and manufacturers. Using the Rulewave portal for outbound shipments to Schlumberger. Ensuring compliance with all relevant Export laws and regulations. Work closely with Customs Brokers & 3rd Party Logistics companies to ensure compliance with customs regulations, including preparation and submission of required documentation. Assist with managing logistics related issues including rescheduling orders, expedites, and corrective actions. Maintain clear and effective communication with the EIS sales team, external partners, and customers. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the Export shipment process. Provide feedback to EIS management, manufacturers, and shipping locations regarding customer needs and concerns. Ensure customers’ logistics related requests are fulfilled and addressed in a timely manner. Train others as needed on Export-related functions. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize export logistics processes and identify cost-saving opportunities. Perform any other related tasks as required or assigned by management. Requirements

  • Experience with export logistics.
  • Proficiency in preparing commercial documentation, shipping labels, and BOLs.
  • Experience with DHL shipping.
  • Experience with Shipping Solution software.
  • Experience coordinating pick up and freight arrangements.
  • Familiarity with the Rulewave portal.
  • Knowledge of Export laws and regulations.
  • Experience working with Customs Brokers & 3rd Party Logistics companies.
  • Ability to manage logistics related issues.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
